  • Shipping Charges
    Shipping costs are determined based on the type, quantity, and weight of the products ordered, as well as the delivery location. These charges will be clearly mentioned at the time of placing the order. In certain cases, free shipping may be offered based on promotions or bulk orders.

  • Delivery Timeline
    Delivery timelines vary depending on the location and availability of the products. Typically, orders will be delivered within 7-14 business days. We will inform clients of any expected delays, and shipping status can be tracked through the provided logistics partner.

  • Order Processing
    All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after the payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once the order is dispatched, the client will receive a notification along with tracking details.

  • Delivery Locations
    We currently ship to locations within India. For international shipping or locations outside our regular delivery zones, please contact our support team for further assistance.

  • Handling and Packaging

  • Damaged or Missing Items
    If the client receives damaged goods or notices that items are missing from their order, they must report it to JF Builder within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

  • Order Modifications and Cancellations
    Clients can modify or cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations will not be accepted. In such cases, our return and refund policy will apply.
